"The Arabella"
This dressy silk apron is inspired by the one described and illustrated in Godey's Lady Book, June 1860.

It is made of black silk taffeta trimmed with black velvet ribbon finished at each edge by black lace, with rosettes buttons at the sides. the self fabirc waistband ties in the back.
