The following are my conditions to qualify for an exchange or return.
1) All merchandise comes with a 3 day inspection privilege.
2) All returned items must be unused & unaltered.
3) Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, for both outgoing and return shipments.
4) Items may be returned for store credit or another item of equal value only. Sorry, no refunds on custom orders.
5) Shipping fees are not refundable.
6)  Free shipping offers are only valid on the initial purchase shipments. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total on all returns. Exchanges will have additional shipping fees required for the replacement item.
